The First Presbyterian Church of Navasota needed custom heavy timber trusses to restore their fire-damaged church. The post & beam church, originally built in 1894, was registered as a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark. We matched the original trusses by using douglas fir timbers. For the curved braces, glue-laminated timbers were used. We worked with Guide One Taylor Ball Construction, engineers Dufresne-Henry and MBC Management, engineers.
All of our frames are handcrafted to meet exact project requirements, and we enjoy working with our clients to make sure the details - from design to finish - are just right. Let our in-house design and engineering team design the perfect heavy timber truss for your project!
