I recently had a gentleman ask me what brand of power tools we use the most. My immediate answer was Makita. Then I thought, well, maybe I should go into the shop and look. Sure enough, as I walk through the shop I see that almost all of our tools are Makita. From our 16 inch saws, mortise machines, drill stands, impact wrenches, 7 1/4 inch saws all the way down to our 3 inch planers and more. Why? Well, I guess the answer is simple, they are reliable, fair priced, easy to use and if taken care of they last a very long time. We have several tools still in use that have been here since before I started, and lets just say that I’ve been here more than a third of my life.
So, here’s a shout out to Makita for making quality dependable tools, Keep up the good work!
