Six Flags, in NJ, opened a new ride this year (2013), Wild Safari: Six Flags Great Adventura. The ride is an awesome off-road experience, where guests explore a rugged terrain from the back seat of truck, getting to see all sorts of different animals including; brown bears, giraffes, elephants, birds, rhinoceros, lions, kangaroos, and more. There are many stops along ride, but the main stop is at Camp Adventura, where guests visit exotic animals.
Vermont Timber Works built an outpost pavilion frame for the Camp Adventura stop. The frame was constructed using rough sawn douglas fir and belongs perfectly in the safari theme location.
