Let’s explore a few of my personal favorite projects, of which I have many. This may need to become a series…we will see.
1st is our Deer Lake Boy Scout Camp. A Traditional Timber Frame Design.
My next choice is not so traditional.
Night Pasture Farm is a timber frame home with a unique & complex design. It’s a super favorite of mine, if that is possible.
How about this dining hall for the Fresh Air Fund? This is another unique project with complex steel joinery and stunning details. Love the RED!
A shot of the interior is needed on this one.
Is it time to go skiing? Almost! Timber Frame Ski Lodge, 80 ft Span.
If you are in the Stowe, VT area this season and timber framing interests you, stop in. It’s impressive.
One more favorite for today’s post.
This is a horse barn like no other I have seen.
Thank you for stopping by our Timber Framer’s blog! If you like any of these frames, or have questions, we encourage you to get in contact, ask an expert, or share your thoughts in the comment section below.
Great post Sandy. We had to go out and buy a 60 foot ladder to get to the tops of the posts. Had to rest after the climb.
I remember the ladder story, fun times!
