The Briar Barn Inn and Gallery was built in Rowley, Massachusetts with Rough Sawn Hemlock. The timbers were finished with Cabot Salt Marsh stain. Vermont Timber Works worked with Architect Gerald Fandetti on this project, as well as builder Chris Currier with Britton Construction.
The restaurant portion of the estate was designed in a monitor barn style with a large open area for dining and an upstairs loft that overlooks the dining room and bar. This design utilizes a vaulted ceiling and skylights, giving the space an open and airy feeling.
The Briar Barn was built with entertaining in mind, whether for normal restaurant and hotel operations, weddings, or other large events. The Briar Barn provides guests with a beautiful and inviting atmosphere that combines classic rustic New England charm with upscale elegance.
